Memorial March

On 06JUN10 over 400 multi-national Soldiers gathered on Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo in honor of fallen comrades from each nation. The event was in conjunction with the 3rd Annual Memorial March held in Bismarck, ND. Participants included US, Polish, Turkish, Ukrainian, Danish, and Swiss Soldiers from around Kosovo. The 6KM march was led by CW2 Kevin Mehrer, the father of SPC Curtis Mehrer, a 1-188th ADA (SECFOR) North Dakota National Guard that was killed in combat while serving in Afghanistan.
